POM/PA plastic bearing is with good mechanical and wear resistance,working temp.:-60~100,good for alkaline environment but not for acid working conditions.

PE/PP/UPE plastic bearing is proven to work under relatively weak acid environment as well as mostly acid,alkali,salt,solution,oil,gas and seawater corrosive environment,but low mechanical strength and easily to be out of shape.

PTFE/PVDF plastic bearing is with the highest corrosion resistant,PTFE is proven to be working under 180 and PDF 150.But PTFE is not applied to higher load or higher RPM while PVDF is with much better comprehensive performance.

PEEK/PI plastic bearing is proven to be with the best mechanical strength,dimensional stability and high temp,enduring among all the known engineering plastics.PEEK s long terms working temp. is 260 and PI is 300.It can working under hash environment but high using cost due to raw material.
